    For exemple, if I add placebar actions dynamically and want to partial refresh only the placebar, I can not because there is no id associated to it.

    I think all layout areas should have an id

      Partial refresh require a whole component to be refreshed, and it cannot refresh a portion of one component. If you want this to happen, you need to use a facet and then a component within the facet. Else, you have to refresh the whole component.
