This release features the latest fixes as discussed in the forum.

On the enhancement side, there is a new treenode that acts as a repeat and allows dynamic creation of trees (menu, outline...). Plus a few properties being added, like the initial "expandLevel" of the outline control.

The release # is now displayed in the demo database header and corresponds to the extlib plugin version # (computed when the plugin is built). I'm now using this number as the release number, which will help when tracking issues.
