    Dear Stefan,

if I link the fields "Briefcase" and "Comment" no data is shown in the Wordtemplate. All other fields are correct.

Best Regards and greetings from Germany

      Yes. Of course.

The letter engine uses the notes formula language to read the items of the notes document. These two items (Comment and Briefcase) are rich text items.

You have to use the @Text function, to convert the content of rich text items. But keep in mind, this conversion loses attachments and all formatting except tabs and spaces.

      See @Text function https://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/help/help65_designer.nsf/f4b82fbb75e942a6852566ac0037f284/80f7f6e0b4159e9685256e000049cd38?OpenDocument.

For more information abount notes formula language see https://publib-b.boulder.ibm.com/help/help65_designer.nsf/Main?OpenFrameSet.

  • Text will be parsed with OpenNTF flavoured Markdown Images can be pasted from the clipboard (not IE)
