If the specified backup destination folder is on a drive other than the one holding the Data directory, backup fails with "disk is read-only" error. Looks like kb_mkdir (in util.c) cannot recognize the : char as a special case.

This makes users waste precious RAID/High performance disk space, effectively doubling the needed space on a Domino server and poses serious functionality problems.
