• Does not work with swedish characters in filenames

    I just tried this utility and it worked quite well. Only saw a small bug:

    If filename of a database includes swedish characters (e.g. åäö) it does not get backup up.

        Hi.



        I tried the new 1.02b version and now I get different problems:



        I can backup a single database in the root directory (e.g. log.nsf), but no subdirectories. When I try to backup the subdirectory "help" I get this response:



        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: version 1.01b

        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: Found 1 config documents.

        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: Initialisation complete.

        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: Starting backup of help...

        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: Couldn't start database backup for help\, error: File is not a database

        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: Backup failed for help\, error: File is not a database

        2004-02-04 09:09:32 kNBack: Termination complete.



        As you see, the version number is wrongly indicated also.
