Duplicate entries everywhere!

Hi,

I am getting duplicated entries in an application everywhere, even after running reset cache!

Any thoughts on how to fix them?

Some images where hidden for confidentiality.

I've seen this when two links linked to the same xpage. I had two links pointing to "Home", for example. One was in the header, and one was along the left side navigation.
