Thanks for your continuing interest in Vacation Request!
Unfortunately when new features are introduced like Regions and Limiting Calendar Content the existing documents in a system don't automagically get updated with newly needed values. The Annual Leave (AL) documents that are displayed in the calendar, however, should get the values they need for Team, Location and Region if they are recalculated/refreshed. Try recalculating a few and see if they don't pick up the values they need so that the View Filters work as desired even for pre-existing approved leaves.
Also, I am working on a "c" release to further refine Action Button hide-when formulae to allow more to be done with "new" requests for leave in the past. This "c" will introduce the concept of a Super Admin with Manager rights who can approve any Leave Requests and who will be the only Admin needing delete rights.
