• Changed importance of Email notices

    Hi,

    I just upgraded from 3.0beta to 3.0.2 and wondered why my email notices suddenly had high importance instead of normal.

    Looked at the design and saw that you changed the numbers on the form from normal->1, high->2 to normal->0, high->1. Funny idea. Any particular reason for that?

    I also noticed that the approval delegation view is missing in 3.0.2, while the subform is still there.

      When I did the forms for 3.0 beta, I made the assumption that the values would be 1 and 2 respectively (this was a new field and functionality). Of course Phils Java code essentially follows the same convention as the Notes mail template (0=normal, 1=high) so I got it wrong!

        OK, so the current version of the template (3.02) has high=1 and normal=0. There shouldn't be a need to update the template. If you used a the 3.01 version previously, you will need to open the notification docs, set the importance and resave them. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong but this isn't a bug in the current version.
