• Can't open How To

    I downloaded Knowledge World and the How to Use pdf will not open. It appears that a picture of a pdf is there but not the document.

      I guess you tried to download the pdf "How to…" from the Docs section of this platform? I have realised that with InternetExplorer 6, the links to download the docs don't appear properly - in my view an error of the OpenNTF Platform. Try using another browser. Or send me your e-mail address and I'll send it you by e-mail.
