Categories and Correct Case

The URLs in the Menu Container for the categories use lowercase instead of what's defined in the wiki configuration document. So a URL is generated like http://www.wikihome.com/folder/domwiki.nsf instead of http://www.wikihome.com/FOLDER/domwiki.nsf, this causes 404 errors on Unix and Linux based installs.

How do I fix this?

Thanks for addressing this Ben. I've upgraded to v1.1 but I still can't fix the case issue with the categories. You can see this at http://www.adminutil.org/A55B3A/domwiki.nsf
