• Error after Upgrade

    Hello I upgraded from 2.4 to 3.0

    and now when I click on

    "create Ticket" Button

    I get this error



    Field dspclickhere2: Array Index out of Bounds

      Hi,



      The reason of your error message is because between the two version some text are added, so when you upgrade a version you must edit the text form and click on all refresh button.



      You ca edit the text form in the administration panel or by using the action "Set text" in the menu action.



      When you edit the document go in all tab and refresh the fields by clicking on the refresh button.
