!!HELP!! - Feature Request: Restrict reader access to own tickets
We would like the users to be able to read the solutions to their own problems, but not the whole database.
How about making the user field a reader access field?
Alternatively, it would be great if we could send the solution text together with the closing mail to the user (instead of a link to the document).
