Easy way to track the changes for each document field
Open Audit will record changes made to a document for each field. Options are available to determine when an audit will occur including save or close. An audit can be configured for each form in a database and with the option to select the fields to be audited. Audits can be created of system, rich text or any other field that is available on the document. The audit logs can be kept for a fixed number of days or a set number of versions. Readers and authors of the document can be applied to the audit log also. The same configuration document can be used in the Notes client and for a browser application.
