Minor updates:

• Fix image scaling issues on image upload from 3rd party site (twitter, WebURL, Facebook) that caused download images to be resized incorrectly, resulting in an alteration of aspect ratio
• Fixed bug that prevented mypic taken with a web cam from being uploaded
• Added in source fla and code for webcamvid.swf to files section of NSF (overlooked in previous release)
• Minor UI fixes/ updates
