David Mulvey, Oval Business Solutions I am standing for election as an OpenNTF Member Director because I want to help support the Notes, Domino and HCL community and ensure OpenNTF remains practical, open and forward-looking. I have worked with Notes/Domino since 1997, primarily in administration but also as a developer. As a consultant at Oval Business Solutions, I have supported enterprise environments worldwide, including the migration of nearly 100,000 users from Domino 11 to 14.5. My experience includes Traveler, Nomad, Connections, HEI, XPages, Java, and both client and web applications. I'm also certified in versions 8, 9, 12, and working towards 14.5 certification, alongside being an author for the v9 exams. Oval has also contributed directly to OpenNTF, including developing its current public website and winning an OpenNTF Developer Competition prize that I was involved in. If elected, I would bring broad technical, consultancy and community experience to the Board, helping OpenNTF support open-source sharing, modern development and the wider HCL community.

Heiko Voigt, Harbour Light / SIT I am working in the Lotus/IBM/HCL Collaboration Space for 30 years now, running my company in Germany for 30 years as an HCL Business Partner and my Company in Canada for 11 years as an HCL Business Partner. My expertise is in Development and Project Management. Over the past 10 years I have been trying to help out at OpenNTF and the Canadian Collaboration User Group C3UG to keep the community going at conferences and helping with internal affairs. I am nominating myself as a Member Director again.
Jesse Gallagher, I Know Some Guys I am a developer who has been working with Domino for a fair while now, particularly with XPages and the general Java side. I've served as an OpenNTF Board member since 2014 and as the IP Manager since Peter Tanner's retirement from the position. I would like continue in those roles and to keep helping support the Domino community through active involvement in OpenNTF.
Kim Greene, Kim Greene Consulting I am seeking re-election to the OpenNTF Board because I believe strongly in the power of community and in OpenNTF’s mission to support and strengthen the HCL Domino ecosystem. OpenNTF has long been sustained by dedicated volunteers who generously share their time and expertise, and I am proud to contribute to an organization that plays such an important role in our community. OpenNTF's webinars and educational programs provide valuable opportunities for members to share knowledge, learn from one another, and stay connected to the platform. As a board member, I actively support these initiatives and regularly contribute as a presenter. I believe that helping others learn and succeed is essential to maintaining a vibrant Domino community. My primary contribution to the Board is ensuring that OpenNTF's Domino infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and stable. I dedicate significant time behind the scenes managing and maintaining our server environment so the services and resources our community depends on remain available and perform effectively. When OpenNTF faced major server stability challenges two years ago, I led the effort to rebuild and stabilize the environment, investing many hours to restore reliability and establish a stronger foundation for the future. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I am an active and engaged board member who contributes ideas, participates in discussions, and provides constructive feedback. I value collaboration, accountability, and respect, and I strive to be a dependable volunteer who follows through on commitments and supports fellow board members. I would be honored to continue serving on the OpenNTF Board and contributing my time, experience, and dedication to advancing its mission and supporting the community it serves.
Serdar Basegmez, Developi Information Systems I have served on the OpenNTF Board since 2012, making me its longest-serving director, and have been Chairperson for the past year. Alongside my Board work, I actively contribute to OpenNTF projects including the Java SDK for Domino REST API, XPages SDK, XLogback, OpenNTF Snippets and CollaborationToday. I am also an HCL Ambassador (2020-2026), former IBM Champion (2011-2018), and a UK-based independent consultant with over 25 years of Notes and Domino experience.
Adam Foster, Oval Business Solutions I am standing for election as an OpenNTF Contributor Director because I want to help keep the Notes, Domino and HCL community practical, open and forward-looking. As a Consultant and Technical Advocate at Oval Business Solutions, I work with both established Domino applications and newer capabilities including APIs, web development and Domino IQ. I recently presented at Engage on using Domino IQ for intelligent helpdesk support, and will present a Domino IQ RAG session at Let's Connect. I also want to help rebuild local community engagement, including efforts to revive a UK Notes and Domino user group. If elected, I would bring a hands-on developer and consultant perspective to the Board: helping OpenNTF support open-source sharing, modern development approaches, and stronger connections between experienced practitioners and new contributors.
Carsten Gericke, ilink As an HCL Ambassador, I want to bring people together to build a shared Domino reference environment for testing and verifying configurations and integrations. I would also like to involve the community and HCL in developing and publishing best practices for secure Domino operations, with automated checks to support audits. My goal is to create practical resources that we build, maintain, and improve together.
David Hablewitz, Divergent Solutions I am one of the few System Administrators currently serving on the OpenNTF board. I have served for the past 2 years as a board member. I have been IBM/HCL Ambassador since 2016. Some of my accomplishments while serving the board include: Applying my knowledge and experience in social media marketing to broaden the visibility of OpenNTF; to champion an initiative to start a Patreon account to draw more individual financial support to maintain our solvency and reduce our reliance on corporate funding; and to bring the notable "Ask HCL" open mic sessions which I moderate at various HCL conferences to OpenNTF as a compliment to our online webinar series. I am just getting started. I look forward to getting to continue to serve the HCL user community as a board member of OpenNTF.
Christoph Adler, Panagenda I have been working with Notes and Domino since 2001, primarily in consulting and administration, and have been part of the panagenda team since 2012. Over the years, my focus has become very much centered around the client side of the HCL ecosystem, particularly HCL Notes, Nomad Web and Nomad Mobile. These technologies are my particular area of expertise, and I enjoy sharing that knowledge with the community through webinars, conference sessions and technical discussions. I have been an HCL Ambassador since the program started and was also an IBM Champion from 2016 to 2019. I regularly speak at conferences across Europe (and in the past also in the US) and participate in webinars and community events around the world. This gives me a broad network across the HCL community and, I hope, provides a useful platform for supporting and promoting OpenNTF. I joined the OpenNTF Board as a Contributor Director last year, and I have really enjoyed being part of the organization. 2026 has been a somewhat unusual year for me, though. With the arrival of our second daughter Maja, I knew from the beginning that I would have less time available for OpenNTF than I would normally like. As a result, I was not able to contribute as much as I had originally hoped. I am very grateful for the understanding of the other Board members and for the opportunity to remain involved despite having to put family first for a while. Looking ahead, I would very much like to continue as a Contributor Director and become more active again. I see several areas where I can contribute. I am happy to represent OpenNTF at conferences and community events, including Let's Connect, Engage, DACHNUG, maybe SOTUL and other events throughout the year. I also want to continue using my network and social media presence to promote OpenNTF and its projects across LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord and the wider HCL community. One thing I would particularly like to continue is contributing webinars for OpenNTF. My goal is to do at least one webinar each year, ideally more, and to use my experience around the Notes client, Nomad Web and Nomad Mobile to bring useful and relevant technical content to the community. Of course, being a Contributor Director is about much more than presenting or promoting OpenNTF. I am also happy to contribute wherever help is needed, whether that is during our regular Board calls, with community activities, or simply by taking on tasks that need someone to move them forward. What I really like about OpenNTF is that it is a community driven organization that continues to bring people together around the HCL ecosystem. I enjoy being part of that community, I appreciate the commitment of the Board and the people involved, and I genuinely believe that OpenNTF has an important role to play in keeping our ecosystem open, active and connected. I would be very happy to continue contributing as a Contributor Director for another year, and I look forward to being able to put more time and energy into OpenNTF again.
