• picture sort within album

    Thanks for this work, Chris! Great stuff!



    I am missing an ability to control the sorting of pictures in an album (instead of the simple alphabetical sort it seems is currently implemented). The way I've seen I've seen this done is to have a user-editable integer item on the documents that a view uses for sorting. You might consider this.

      Paul, do you have some code to add? If this would be added to the application we would need some action buttons for the view to move pictures up and down in the sort order without having the user to edit a document for changing the number.

        I may however splat something in there for my own purposes. It would initially be very simple stuff that would require opening the document into edit mode. The action-buttons-in-view idea would certainly be the most user friendly, but it would take more time & thought to implement.



        Whatever I end up doing, I will be happy to contribute the code. What do I do, just email it to you?
