Hi ! Is it possible to send a simple mail with a Template or anything else in the body to !HELP! for open a ticket ? I ask because it's not allowed by our company to change the standard r6 mailtemplate (adding the quickcall form) I know that's stupid, but no way. Thanks for any informations. Joachim
when you setup the DB as Mail-In DB, you can send a mail to this acount. In the database you can find an agent ("Dispatch"). You can activate the agent from the Config view. This agent "transforms" a user's mail into a new ticket …
Thanks it works. What is now the difference to submit the tickets with formular and the simple mail ? I can see the computer details are not delivered (CPU, Username, etc). Is there something else which not work ?
