I won't comment on my own database but I've looked at Gino's and Greg's databases and think that we could build a great system from all of them.

I liked the "floater days" option in Greg's. I couldn't evaluate the request form because it wasn't included.

Gino's system is very detailed and crosses over into HR territory, which could be useful. I liked the fact that the HR database was seperate to the holidays one and linked both well. I couldn't the Request form to show because it wanted to know what server I was using even though I placed both Dbs on the server, modified the ACLs and signed both with the servers ID. Perhaps there's a hidden field that wants it's home server. I also got an ECL warning on both Dbs but got around it. I've looked at the design of the holidays Db and I'm impressed with it's detail.
