I've had a number of users report an issue with the basic webmail client on a variety of platforms and browsers. They can open the message, but cannot reply to it. It typically is a message that is a reply that they are trying to reply to. A number of users cannot use iNotes client because they are using a Mac. The workaround would be to use the Forward button and enter the address. However, I'd love to know if there is a better solution.



Any suggestions would be appreciated.
