    Is it also possible to create a calendar entry when a leave is approved?

      Are you thinking about pending leave? It would be a bit hard because the calendar view draws on documents from the Annual Leave form. The team leader only edits documents from the Leave Request form. It may be possible, I'd have to look at it and, I know I'm repeating myself, I could do with help on this project.

        I think it should either be created when the last approval is made, or:

        when the request is made it should appear in the personal calendar, and then it gets revoked (deleted) from the personal calendar if it gets declined/ revoked.

      I take it that you mean into their own personal calendars so that an OOO can be setup easily. My own users have asked for this and I'd like to do it but don't know how. If anyone has an ideas on how to do it please contact me.

      I've just finished working on a big project so I'll start working on this project again with a view to "web enabling" it.

        How about creating an appointment type document (Form:="Appointment") and mailing it to the individuals mail database. They could then modify it as required in their own database. Since the Form would not be in the document when it arrives it should behave normally.
