    Hi Tonio



    I've been using the last couple of weeks setting up the Instant Team in a Pilot environment, where authentication is based on x.509 certificates, and I must admit that I think your product is brilliant. I did run into a problem though.



    I setup the newsletter database but then start to get the following message on the server console:



    AMgr: Agent ('$SendNews' in 'enron\newsletter.nsf') error message: Object variable not set



    It seems like the agent tries to access a view called $PeopleStaff. A view I can't seem to find ?!?





    Another thing is that if I create a document in the Instant Team database, my 2 test collegues recieves an e-mail with the document attached. I dont recieve it. When I have one of my collegues create a document, then the third collegues recieves an e-mail, the creator of the document doesn't and me neither. Why is that?



    I'm not sure if the newsletter db is set up properly.



    Do you have any input, or would it be better if I called you some time next week; If so, when is the best time?

      …you need another newsletter database, which i send you by mail. I will include this database in the next release. If anybody else needs the template, just post your request here or send me an e-mail.

      I assume that you when you talk about documents, you mean the discussion documents. The discussion documents are sent to all people in the group specified in the instantteam database preferences, tab discussion, field disussion group. If this field is empty, no one will get eMails.



      Probably, you as the manager of the database are not in this group or any of the sub-groups.
