    Hello Stepahne

    Is there a way to setup email Notification

    to advise when new Items are sent to Inbox.?

    I have enabled enotifcation in setup



    is there a specific notification specification id that I need to create in Notification settings ?

    • To be sure that you have all notification seting

      Hi Maggie,

      When you have activated the notification you can see a view in the administration panel with all notification setting.



      To be sure that you have all notification setting, please remove all document in this view and copy/paste the same documents from the release 3.00 you have downloaded.



      Normal that works.

        I re copiekd all the notifications still not difference





        What is the ID name of the Notification setting

        for new calls that are waiting in Inbox ..to be assigned and accepted…?

          Bonjour Maggie,



          sorry for the time past to answer you but I was on the development of the release 3.01 of (e)help.



          The notifcation ID to notify the call center when an end-user create a request (without the role [CallCenter]) is : CALLSEND (you can see it in the subform name's document_notify).



          Normaly in release 3.00 you must have 27 notifications setting (30 in next r3.01).



          You must set the notification in the setup document and set the system and the call center address mail (normaly the same).



          I have make a test and for me it's work fine.
