Salut Stephane One of our technicians is not getting the Close Call Button on Calls that are assigned to him. As a wokraround I changed him to manager access in Database ACL but that has not resolved the problem What database settings should I should check ? Merci Maggie
Hi, Sorry to don't answer to you so quickly but i was in holiday and i'm just come back today. The Technician don't have a close call button but a Done button (except if it was the call center user affect to the ticket) When he done a ticket this ticket come back to the call center and the call center must closed it. I hope this is work and solve your trouble. Stephane
