OpenNTF Mail Experience - Feature Request: Add follow-up text box, option to categorsie email, also another caltegory called Projects

Folks, am trying to implement the GTD methodology (Getting Things Done, by David Allen, see www.davidco.com ) using this template. This methodology is fantastic and I have bought both his books and its really helped me in life, but at work where I am flooded by email, I cant help myself as its on Lotus Notes!! I have managed tweaking this template to some effect, but am not a programmer for Lotus Notes so I got stuck at a lot of places.

They have created an outlook add-in which is fantastic and I dont have outlook at Office. I am desperately trying to recreate the functionality (with some personal flavour!) into Lotus Notes, but my meagre knowledge of notes designing is preventing its success.

I can share the functionality (with PDFs explaining what it does, etc) and would really really appreciate if you could help me use this methodology.

Please please help!!

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
