Vacation Request - Feature Request: A few issues...

I have a few issues and hope you can help me.
1) wondering can the program automatically update the total annual leave base on anniversary? For example, if an employee join the company on 7 March 2007 and it is assume that he will be getting 14 days AL per year. Will the system automatically add and update the total leave balance for that employee on the 7 March 2008?
2) is it possible to have negative leave balance? As in my company, employees are allowed to take more than what they are given with special approval from their manager. The negative leaves will then be deducted from the next anniversary. Maybe the email that is send to the approving manager should include a warning if the applicant have exceeded the leave balance.
3) I hope there is restriction in viewing the leave calander. For example, team A can only view the leave taken by their team members. One reason is because some information may be confidential or too personal for other teams to see. Another reason is that the calander will look neater and easy to the eye.
4) an option to view and print selection base on leave submission dates. For example, HR wanted to know who submitted their leaves from 10 Mar to 14 Mar. Together with information like name, leave start date, end date and leave description.
5) It will be good to have information of "Days brought forward" column in the "All annual leave allowance" view
6) Is it possible to have half day leave radio button? After which the applicant can have an option of 1st half of the day or 2nd half of the day.
