OpenNTF Mail Template - Feature Request: message 'flight time'

Hi; first post and it's a feature request!

I have tried a couple of times to extract the information in the array of 'Received' fields which are part of email docs constructed by the SMTP receiver - these appear (when you look at the document properties) to break down the content of the server list part of the SMTP header, in such a way that the fairly skilled reader can work out the time of sending & receipt, and if the message dawdled anywhere along the way.

This information used to be important, and then got less so as email transfer speeds picked up: it is now becoming important again as servers which filter mails may be massively clogged up, and it has a considerable use outside of the US/Europe/Japan/Aus territories: the rest of the world often suffers from bottlenecks.

Ideally, I would like a pop-up dialog in response to an action item which shows:

- date, time & time zone of sending

- date, time & time zone of receipt by local server

- number of 'hops'

- longest delay (and which hop was responsible)

- total 'flight time'

This would have saved me a huge kicking in one place where a team of 6 were sent an invite, and 5 of the 6 got it within 1 minute: the 6th got it 4 hours later. It turned out after flight time analysis that the delay was 4 hops away... in a Microsoft.com border router!

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
