OpenNTF Mail Template - Feature Request: Support for multiple signatures

There is a slight support for this already, as a user can "insert signature" on the fly as he is composing a mail memo. Though, these signatures have to be files on the disk which is a terrible solution. Both because of the mobility and the stress of making and handlind these files.

Since the release of smarticons (which year was that? anyone? :) - I have created a smarticon in the Notes Client for my own use. Behind this smarticon I have some easy @formulas. What it basically does it prompting me for which signature I want to insert in the email. I have 3 to choose among.

Why? - Well, in my situation I use different signatures, depending on who I am sending the email to. Customers, Internal and friends.

The way I did it with smarticons is pretty ok - but not as mobile as it should be. By implementing and expanding the exisiting functionality of signatures in the mailfile, we could support 2-3 signatures and make this functionality quite mobile and useful.

I have implemented my "quick and dirty" solution using a smarticon for several customers, and they love this functionality, though as I have mentioned, I would like it more mobile and part of the mailfile preferences.

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
