OpenNTF Mail Template - Feature Request: Mail Rules - Stop if a rule evaluates True


Unlike Other mail clients, Notes mail rule processing is done by the Router, which makes it to process all the Mail Rule formula and evaluates everything and does the action corresponding to each of the rule that is true.
But thats anoying and confusing. I have made some change to the OpenNTF v 1.1 which has an option in the rule to choose whether to stop processing the other rules below in priority if this evaluates to true.
Actually its a work around so that if this flag is enabled and that rule evaluates to true then all other rules below will evaluate to false, so that the user feels it is not evaluated.
I would like to submit the same with the lates v 1.2 template in a weeks time your suggestions please. How do I submit the template with the feature?
