OpenNTF Mail Template - Feature Request: Integrate OpenNTF prefs

I think the OpenNTF Settings tab should go away. There;s lots of room in the dialog box, and with some judicious adjustment to placement, I thin all the OpenNTF stuff can go on the Basics tab.

I would at the same time:

1) Make the Quick Stuff text box smaller

2) Change "Do not flag" to "Do not track." And we can get rid of the heading -- the checkbox labels explain themselves.

3) Drop the Build button (I have a separate request for that, but this request's need to squeeze things makes it more important to drop it)

4) Move the HIDE QUICK STUFF tick adjacent to the Quick Stuff text box

5) Change DO NOT PROMPT FOR RETURN RECEIPT to ASK BEFORE SENDING RETURN RECEIPT. Or at least make DO NOT PROMPT the default. I know us paranoid antiestablishment just-because-I-can propeller-heads love this option, but most users expect things to normally work the way Lotus has it work. Plus, don't we want CIO types to adopt our template? As a matter of policy, I'm sure they many don't even want the option -- let's certainly not throw it in their face without them even asking. (Conversion issue for 1.0/1.1 users: if the field exists and is set, we know the user wants no prompting. But if unchecked, did the user's wants happen to coincide with the old default, or was it indifference? If the field doesn't exist, we can set our new default, but if it does exist, we'll have to accept whatever is there -- flipping the bit if we flip wording -- even though we are not certain the user intended it.)

In this field you can enter the actual request.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
