OpenNTF Mail Template - Feature Request: Verify deletion from All Documents view

I held a course today, for Help Desk staff, about 10 participants, and I was very surprised of one feature they would love in the mailtemplate. A verification if people try to delete documents from the "All Documents" view.

Their problem was typical persons that in the progress of cleaning up their mailfile, found a view called "All Documents". People think that, oh, there's alot of stuff to remove here! - What they think is that these are copies, and not the original documents they also have in their folders. So, it all ends up in people removing documents they shouldn't remove.

By addind 5-6 lines in "QueryDocumentDelete" in databasescript, this was fixed easily to show the attendees how easy this could be accomplished. I added a verification, telling the enduser what they were about to do, and then giving them the chance to regret their action.

Would be nice to have this as part of the OpenNTF Template as well - maybe as a option in the preferences if it should be on or off as well.

You can use the rich text editor for rich text formating. You can also enter HTML to embed objects, e.g. to embed a YouTube video or a screenshot of the project. In this case use '[' and ']' to mark the passthrough HTML as such.

Please note that the first time you use the new UI your description is converted from rich text to MIME. You might want to copy and paste the raw plain text from the old UI in the new UI so that you don't loose information.
