Vacation Request - Feature Request: enhancement to specify variuos annual leave periods

I note that you already have this down as an enhancement:
Annual Leave Allowances not running 01JAN-31DEC -- specify Start Date/End Date for allocation
In the company I work work for leave is booked on a 12 month rolling period from the start date of employment, e.g. som have leave December to November, others, April - March, etc. Will this be catered for in this enhanvement, and any idea when this will be added. Thanks though for a great application!
