Display the page subject as the window name or title text
Reason:
It is usually the first change I make. Otherwise you have loads of entries in Google with the same name. It looks much better as well.
Impact:
Some. Perhaps a setting in the profile doc to choose between a static title or the subject as a title. Personally I would not see why not the subject?
