If you upgrade to version 1.4 from an earlier release you need to click an action  in the start page in notes client, check relase notes on start page

 

New Features

 

- Added an easy way to view twitter search queries to the tools right bar widget

- Updated the start page with more links for easier administration and getting started (Notes Client)

- Removed Logs from the content view (Notes Client)

- Added top help to Users, Log and Softdelete views (Notes Client)

- Added action "Toggle Active" in users view in (Notes Client)

- The categories field has been removed from Forums, only tags are used now

- Logs now display if error or just a log entry

- Redesigned the Logform (Notes Client) and added a new 404 web page

- All contacts from all companies in CRM can now be viewed in a combined list

- The classification option in CRM has been removed. only tags should be used now.

- TEAM ROOMS - Intruducing private and private unlisted team rooms, lot of features have been added to support this.

- TEAM ROOMS - Edit Team room has new fields

      Team Room Type - Allow the moderator to select the type of team room

      Add members - Allow the moderator to add users to team room

      Member mgmt - Allow moderators to Remove and block members from team room

      Blocked users - Allow moderators to remove user from blocked list. a blocked user cannot join a team room

- Added option to see which people are administrators and which people have been seen today in the directory section

- Added a new table view to the directory section

- Added last seen and administrators to the icon view in directory

- Added number of users to the directory section

- Added a new tab and features to admin for team room management

- teamroom and team room content can now be removed by team moderators

- Added a new field DateJoined to users that will store the datetime person first time logged in.

- Added "default section" field to config and group form. this allow admin and teamroom moderators to set which section should be the start page

 

 

Fixes

 

 

- Updated a bug when calcuating time ago (thanks steve) also added translation of the text

- New event now uses a dialog instead of tooltipDialog this prevent the dialog to close accidentally

- added a default link from the internet site to get to the intranet site if the internet title is missing, ( first time launch problem )

- Improved UI of the Massmail/Newsletter feature and made it easier to use

- Fixed an issue with activity stream entries when creating a new team room

- Creating a new team room now uses dialog instead of tooltipDialog,  this prevent the dialog to close accidentally

- full text index now updated automatically on more places content is created, the activity stream is depending on FT index

- removed the word "public" from a few activity places

- fixed a problem with the directory icon view not displaying all users.

- sending a new  message to a user from their profile now uses a modal dialog box instead of a tooltipdialog, this prevent the dialog to close accidentally

- News stream businesscard link for sending a new message has been removed as it was not working correctly

- fixed an issue in team rooms where profiles images was displayed for user that did not exist

- changed the left menu navigation to support the new "default section" option
