The Scheduled Feed Reader agent is a background agent that retrieves the RSS docs from sites. If the sites required authentication then the agent would pop up an authentication applet. When the agent is running as a scheduled agent on the server, this isn't a good thing. The applet has been disabled and no longer pops up.
