V2.1.1 Fixed a problem with searching on names with special characters

The V2.1 version fixed showing names with special characters, but I forgot to fix the possibility to search for names with special characters (for example searching for 'Büh' wouldn't work). Fixed now.

Also changed the ACL of the example db, to make it work 'out of the box'.
