There was a "bug" when a agent is scheduled for example from 07:00 until 20:00 and a design update is taken at 23:00. After 23:00 a notification will be send, that the agent was not running.

The problem is solved by changing the agents .AppObserverAgentsR?.

Instead of writing the LastRunDate without checking in the observation document, now the agent property HasRunSinceModified is first checked ;-)
