After a lot of testing, version 1.4.1 of the User Administration Utility has finally been released. I've added quite a few new features and fixed a few bugs.


  • Multiple Domain processing
  • Agent Configuration - Similar to BlogSphere
  • Fixed display of icons in outline
  • Included a view and QuerySave Event to update documents when the configuration document changes
  • Included a Trash view with Restore and Empty agents
  • Enabled Soft Deletions
  • Added another tab and fields to the configuration document for configuring the values of Readers and Authors fields for the 'Person' forms
  • Added HTML Preview to all forms to which you can include HTML (E-Mail Config, Block Config, Web Error Config)
  • (BUG) Fixed the EmailID function in the CommonNotes LotusScript Library to actually attach the ID file
  • (BUG) When creating a mail file, the value listed in the Certifier document/Mail File Manager field doesn't get added to the created mail file ACL - Fixed
  • (BUG) FindPerson form - Place the cursor in the ID field and press enter, validation error is presented and the WebPerson form then comes up with no ID - Fixed
  • (BUG) Recreate ID - If an already existing person is using a Mail System type different than what is currently in the certifier document the person is changed to what is currently in the certifier document. We need to keep the person as is. - Fixed
  • Created import agent to import names & ids from the Domino Directory
