1. Support import files from a local folder to any folder of the Designer Application.
2. Add .classpath to the default importlist.xml and support merge .classpath during import/export.
3. Fix a bug: can not open import file system wizard page from navigate view.
4. Add "Installing the ImportExport Plugin.pdf" to the documents bundle.
