The user interface now is a "user interface".

There are now two reader fields: one for names and one with a list of your roles.

You have now the choice between 4 styles.

The import & setup form got an online help.

The database settings are more flexible: you can show/hide the navigation and the comments section.

Furthermore the comments can be shown to authenticated users only.

Fixed the linkage between the different elements, especially the protocol is no longer hard coded to "http", therefore you can now use the database without problems with "https".
