Fixed bload crashing when it encounters an email with zero body length



Two Notes templates (NMailGood.NTF and NMailSpam.ntf) have been added thanks to François Lafleur (http://www.actisphere.info/blog/flafblog2.nsf), you can use them for the Bayesian databases mailgood and mailspam or just use NMailSpam.ntf for the copied.nsf database.



bload will now terminate quicker if it is loading word probabilities when a quit message is posted (i.e. on shutdown)



Added KS_IID notes.ini variable, sets the instance ID for an organisations servers, stops an email getting scanned more than once as it passes through different installations of kSpam.
