Wikis work by creating pages as you go. i.e. type a wiki word in one page, and that becomes a link to a new page.



At the moment you can only create new pages from scratch in the Notes client (or by tweaking the URL: "…Wiki?OpenForm&Title=YourWikiWord" will do it).
