We downloaded the release 0.07 as a template and created a sample test database from this called DiscussNextGen on a 8.5.1 Domino Server. Unfortunately, when we open the database in the browser nothing happens and we can Error 403. We have logged in and tried in IE & Firefox. The error message on the console is as follows:
