I must be really missing something in the design or flow configuration. Perhaps I have a preconceived idea of how things should. I'm not sure but I am finding it really frustrating when trying to setup the notification side of things. What I want to do is keep the form independent of the explicit SendTo email address and instead either use the NAB or a Directory to link a Role with an entry that then points to an email address. For example if I have a form that I want to go a "Quality Assurance Coordinator" then a) I don't really want each form to hold that fact, the link with the WorkFlow should really manage that and b) the workflow should indicate that the actual email address should either be pulled from the NAB or the Directory specified. In the latter case and using your sample Directory I would have expected that I should have been able to setup an Application Role of "Quality Assurance Coordinator" and assign a person document to it. Then when the WorkFlow Engine tries to calculate the SendTo Address from the Directory it would drill down to the person document and then the email address. But in all of my attempts the engine keeps trying to send an email to "Quality Assurance Coordinator". Can you please shed some light on what I maybe doing wrong or have setup incorrectly.
