First, many thanks about this development. You listen to the customers. My suggestions to the Discussion Next Gen in order of importance:



1) Just proposing that an additional column that lets you see how many times a thread has been viewed would be valuable.



Having a column like that allows you to gauge the worth of a thread even though it may have only one response. This is important information corporately as it helps to identify gaps in employee knowledge and understanding. (ie. if a thread has been viewed 1000 times but only have 1 well written response).



2) Allow the users create web polls online just like new topics.
