When I want to create a record of a scheduled meeting, and send out an invitation from the Notes Calendar Meeting function, is there a way to automatically do this from within VIC so that I do not have to retype and/or copy/paste the info for the invitiaton into the Notes Calendar Meeting Invitation function? In such a case, the Notes Calendar would then be populated by the Notes Calendar meeting invite function, not by syncing with VIC (otherwise there would be duplicates as I understand it.).



This is important because Notes is used to create all meeting invitations internally and externally at my company.
