First impression is the zip file downloads need to be more focused so as to avoid overwhelming people with more files than they need. It's obviously useful to separate Windows from Linux, but I would go further. For an English speaker who just wants to get started quickly and doesn't need or want to look at source code, having a zip file that skips the source files and doesn't require renaming the "conaex_Msg.res" file to remove the EN bit would be much better. Setup another one for German similarly focused, and another one of just source files.
