I tried to use this database as a substitute for a notes client discussion db.  The very first document I wanted to create involved my pasting a screen shot into the RTF.  You can't do it in an xpage.  You have to save it as an image and upload it.  This is a deal-breaker for us.  I can't ask my users to do that.  For web-based apps, xpages are wonderful, but I think, for the notes client, I still need a regular notes RT field.  I wonder if this is an obstacle that can be overcome?
