I'm doing an audit/review of the Domino environment at an organization that has migrated from Exchange to Domino about a year and a half ago. They are advanced users of email as a business tool. There are several problems with the environment, but one things that I feel can be alleviated pretty easily is user satisfaction. This can be done by a bit of user training, as well as, getting all of their users on a unified version of the mail template and moving from webmail to DWA. I'm suggesting, based on feature requests in user interviews, that they implement the OpenNTF.org Mail Experience template.
