When the spam filter pops a mail into mailspam.nsf, the DeliveredDate field is not set. This means if I copy and paste the document into my mailfile, it appears in the inbox like I sent it. I know this can be fixed with an agent/rule, but would be a little more elegant if kspam took over some of the mail router's functionality.
