Backoffice / Helpdesk System for Notes / Domino
We sometimes receives tons of tickets regarding the exact same issue. Is there a clever way to consolidate these into one ticket? I could of course do a lot of copy/paste and delete, but that's not a good way to do it.
You can use the action "Transform To Mail" in the ticket as long as there are no other documents (todos mails or notices) depending from that ticket.
